Забуті люди України

У Парламентської Асамблеї Ради Європи є Рекомендація 1877 від 2009 року "Забуті люди Європи: Захист прав людини осіб переміщених на тривалий час" Це про ВПО в інших країнах, проблеми яких не вирішили і про цих людей забули. В Україні багато чого робилось і було зроблено, але ... Я так міркую що скоро актуальним стане Рекомендація "Забуті люди України" про ВПО, особливо про ВПО з 2014 року, проблеми яких досі не вирішені і про яких фактично також забули. Невивчені уроки історії мають наслідки - вони повертаються ... The Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe adopted Recommendation 1877 (2009), “Europe’s Forgotten People: Protecting the Human Rights of Long-Term Displaced Persons.” This recommendation addresses the situation of internally displaced persons in member States whose displacement has become protracted, whose rights have not been fully restored, and whose needs have remained insufficiently addressed over time. In Ukraine, significant efforts have been undertaken and important progress has been achieved in responding to internal displacement; however, substantial challenges persist. In this context, it may soon become relevant to speak of “Ukraine’s Forgotten People” — referring to internally displaced persons, particularly those displaced since 2014, whose displacement has become long-term, whose durable solutions have not been secured, and whose situation risks being marginalised in policy-making and public discourse. Unlearned lessons of history have consequences — they re-emerge.
